Thorroblˇt is Icelands annual end-fo winter-solstice feast. This year we carry on this traditional celebration with good food, fun and perhaps a few surprises. We will have our traditional festivities of Barnakˇr (Childrens Choir), quilt auction, and door prizes. In addition, guest speakers BYU professor Dr. Fred Woods and curator of the Library of VestmannŠyjar Kari Bjarnason will present information about an exciting four year project building a permanent LDS Icelandic exhibit which will be displayed at the VestmannŠyjar Museum.
